B&B prices are per room per night and are based on two people sharing. A single occupancy discount is available.

Standard room – £115.00
Superior King room – £130.00
Newton Suite – £155.00 – minimum 2 night stay
Castle Suite – £175.00    – minimum 2 night stay

15% discount for Single Occupancy

*includes 20% VAT

Please note: two night minimum stay for 2025 bookings for all rooms

Dogs are charged at £5 per dog per stay.

Check-in time: from 15:00
Check out time: by 11:00
Bags/luggage may be left with us out with these times by prior arrangement.

Cancellation

B&B reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to your check-in date. Should you cancel within 7 days or fail to turn up on the check-in date, the full amount will be due.  We will make every effort to re-sell the room under these circumstances and if we are able to do so, no cancellation charges will be applied. Accordingly, we would ask that you contact us as early as possible to make us aware of any cancellation so that we can attempt to re-sell the room so that we don’t have to charge you.

We strongly recommend that guests take out travel insurance to cover cancellation costs.
